Many people start dancing for multiple reasons, you’ve made it to the right place if you:

• have an aching desire to live out your Strictly Ballroom dream,

• want to lose a few of those extra holiday kilos,

• want to make some great new friends,

• need to prepare for a special occasion

• want to look and feel good moving with music

• or simply want to have a tonne of fun!

Whatever the reason, we are here to help! We’ve brought together the leading Latin, Ballroom and Jazz dance teachers in Sydney. Each with championship titles for days but first and foremost they love teaching and helping aspiring dancers at any level.

What’s so special about Lead and Follow?

Coming from the fabulous, yet sometimes traditional, world of Ballroom and Latin dancing. Our goal has been to shake up the norm and offer classes that are truly inclusive. Our group classes and private lessons allow you to choose on the day if you want to lead or follow, we remove gender from the equation so you can truly dance with whoever you desire. Because of this format, you are guaranteed a partner on the day! If there are odd numbers one of the teachers will sashay in.

Over our time dancing we’ve seen the real benefits of dancing. It’s a tonne of fun to find your coordination to great music, your body will thank you for the exercise and you’ll connect with some truly great people. It stimulates your mind, builds confidence and you never know what fabulousness will be unleashed from within.

We’re so passionate that everyone can learn to dance, just like a baby learning to walk it’s all a process and we want to really make it possible for you try it out for yourself.

Anyone trying out our classes gets their first class free! Come by yourself or bring a friend, wear some comfortable shoes, active wear and enjoy a free class. I assure you there's no pressure to get everything right, mistakes are encouraged!

How to book your free class.

Heres what you have to do to claim your first free class:

1. Click on the Book A Free Class button

2. Select the class you’re interested in

3. Select the day and time that suits you

4. Enter your details and where it says “Redeem Class Pass or Enter Coupon” type in FIRSTFREE

5. Pay Now - it’ll be free! Walah you are booked in for your first Lead and Follow dance class.
